What is Positive Resonance Therapy?

Have you ever been stuck in a negative thought pattern? Do you feel like you are in a rut?

What happens in a session?

This therapy still starts off with our famous magnesium foot soaks. Helping you to feel relaxed and sunk into the session. Nothing feels as good and refreshing as clean feet with a dose of magnesium and epsom salts.

The session is client led like all of our therapies. Together we find what you want from the session, discuss what problem you want to turn into an opportunity, or what higher state of being you want to be in.

We find the right words for you. Sometimes we start by finding the negative words you resonate with (subconsciously believe) to find the opposite positive ones that will help elevate.

The trick in this therapy is using a variety of modalities to facilitate your brain in now believing or resonating with these new positive statements. The modality can be guided breathing, color therapy, bodywork, visual aides, or sound therapy.

In conclusion it is finding the right words, working through a modality (like breathwork), and then restating your positive words.

The results?

This can vary from person to person. It can improve sleep, help over reactions, help with self-regulation, upbeat mood, increase motivation, improve communication in relationships, and much more.
